We extend this collaborative learning to help our leaders of HR and business become the best versions of themselves. To achieve this, the Internal Fabrique addresses two aspects of brain functionality: emotions and decision-making.

Over the course of two individual sessions, we explore the two zones of the human brain that interact and interfere in the process of emotional reactions and decisions, but also performance and well-being.

Within the context of leadership, we engage an observation and evaluation phase.

Thereafter, we discuss the people challenges identified that the leader wishes to transform and start the transformation where there is a need or desire to change the relationship or the context.

These individual & regular accompaniment sessions in neurosciences (non-medical content) are accessible to all levels of business leaders and leaders in HR.

Our goal for you is to understand & act on the “tool-organ.”
