Our expertise

A native of Eastern France, Gwladys Levy studied management and commerce, before gaining invaluable experience in a highly competitive sector of the business world for international and French groups.  After a few years in this environment where pugnacity and customer feedback were the only vectors of performance, she moved to the south of France and navigated towards human resources.  It is in this discipline where she saw an opportunity to use her natural abilities: empathy, the desire to contribute to the success of others, and support of company strategy. She then accompanied French companies after gaining additional specialized HR training.

In 2009, Gwladys embarked on her first expatriate experience.  In Brazil for more than 6 years, she dedicated her time to understanding cross-cultural immersion, integration, sharing, and pushing her own learning resilience.  She also became involved in the NGO “Babylonia nursery” in search of funds for the education of children and took charge of the press relations. This human adventure continues today and a major turning point came from this experience abroad.  When faced with the violence of Brazil, she became increasingly interested in understanding the levers causing individuals to act.  When she took the lead of the Human Resources department within a large Brazilian construction company, she began to transform the department into a real key player in the success of the company and accompanied the managers in becoming the best version of themselves in their roles. This work continues and taught Gwladys a valuable lesson despite the high-risk social climate where poverty is pervasive: there are two things that lead to success – faith in oneself & making well-being useful to others.

She took this knowledge with her to Malaysia where, for over a year, she engaged in a new culture and continued her activity as a freelance.  From Asia she went on to pursue training in Neuro-coaching as a Neuro-leader in the USA to better understand and learn how to transmit the knowledge that is often missing in human interaction: the brain of ‘emotions’ and that of ‘decisions’.

Back in France, she noticed the need to support leaders & HR professionals differently. The people she met were overloaded with traditional and often ineffective leadership training.  They were equally in search of well-being that they could not articulate.  It was then that she decided to make her HR expertise, business acumen and experience available to all through the creation of her company, Blue Brain.
