THE FABRIQUE FOR HUMAN RESOURCES

HR Fundamentals

The HR Fabrique is designed to engage participants in developing business acumen and leadership skills while serving in an area of the human resource function.  Through individual and confidential on-site sessions, we coach participants on the importance of establishing trusted relationships with their stakeholders via cooperative collaboration and effective communication channels.

By concentrating on the professionals of this discipline and embracing a focussed, people-first approach, this critical department is raised to fulfil its mission, removing often deep-rooted stigmas where the harshest critics believe that “nothing really changes.”  In reality, Human Resources has the capacity to change lives within an organization.  If this seems aspirational, we will demonstrate how a positively operating HR team is invaluable to the overall success of a company, one person at a time.

‘SPACE-SHARING’

Learning to share the HR space equips professionals to address operational challenges spanning global business, leadership, and the HR community at large in the 21st century.

Together, we work on all the critical points necessary to master if we are to position HR as a ‘game changer’ within a company.

Thanks to the condensed content that addresses and makes sense of all the fundamentals of business and HR – The WHAT, WHY, HOW – we equip you to become the ‘game changer’ that companies are looking for.

QUESTIONNING THE HR IMPACT?

Every business wants to be profitable, but the most successful ones are also organizations where both employees and senior leaders feel appreciated.

When the right people are in the right roles, they contribute to the overall success of the business through their respective strengths and competencies.  They are recognized for their efforts and know their own value.

At the end of this ‘fabrique’, participants will experience a new sense of purpose as a valued member of the HR community. HR professionals will understand how to apply their own personal well-being, as well as that of their colleagues’, in the context of meaning@work that is directly connected to business objectives.
